• The machine is equipped with an automatic CIP system without the need of manual intervention by the operator for CIP hose connection
• The machine can be equipped with an automatic bag feeding system and it can process also products having a ph higher than 4.5 with the optional sanitizer kit
• Filling is done by magnetic or mass flow meter. The machine is also prepared for load cells with corresponding label printer
• It can also fill bins with thick liquids through special equipment to avoid creases in the bag during filling

The filler is a double-head aseptic filler designed for the efficient and hygienic filling of 4 x 220-litres drums or 1000 kg bin.
The main features of  SLIDEX 2H.B Aseptic Filler are:

• Double Head, 4 x 220 Drum arranged on pallet or 1000 kg bin
• Available also as single filling head version SLIDEX 1H.B model
• The empty / full pallets are conveyed through motorized roller conveyors
• The filling head moves on 2 axis to reach the drum position, together with the forward/backward pallet movement
• The modular-concept machine, via kit, can also use 3-5-10-20 l bags in manual mode.
